Crystal Sands, wife of Long County Fire Fighter Captain Lee Sands and teacher at Long County Primary School, is courageously battling small cell carcinoma with neuroendocrine features in her liver and kidney, making the diagnosis even more rare. In our best efforts to support the Sands family during this difficult time, we are selling custom T-shirts to help cover the cost of medical expenses. 

Your order will be ready within 5 business days from purchase and delivered to the Long County Fire Department (127 Thornton St, Ludowici, GA 31316) for pick up. (You will get a email stating when it's ready to pick up)
